The Roots line was developed in conjunction with the great jazz and funk drummer, Mike Clark. These cymbals are designed to be the quintessential “NYC jazz sound”. The stick holds together and doesn't wash out, and it sits on top of a bed of dark complexity. These cymbals are phenomenal gigging cymbals and are designed to sit in the mix with other acoustic instruments.
The half flat bell is about the size of a hi-hat bell and increases the stick definition and control in the cymbal.
