The Sizzle Stick creates the effect of rivets in your cymbal. The rigid wire used allows only the copper stops to touch the cymbal. This keep the cymbal from being overly choked and allows it to resonate. The light is more subtle, smooth, and quieter than the original and the “bell” version includes little brass bells for a more drastic sizzle.
